1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our websites (watchmanft.com, watchmanfirearmstraining.com) and booking services with Watchman Firearms Training LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or book our classes.

2. Services Provided

Watchman Firearms Training LLC provides specialized firearms instruction, including Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit classes and other related training. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any class or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

All class bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of scheduling via our secure payment processor (Wix Payments). By completing a booking, you agree strictly to our Booking and Cancellation Policy, which governs refunds, late arrivals, and rescheduling.

4. Safety and Legal Eligibility

Firearms training involves inherent risks. By booking a class, you explicitly agree to our Zero Tolerance Safety Policy. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that:

You meet the minimum age requirement for the specific class.
You are legally permitted to possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You will sign a physical Liability and Safety Waiver in person prior to the start of any training. Failure to meet these requirements or follow safety commands will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Watchman Firearms Training LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, Watchman Firearms Training LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, errors or omissions in site content, or your inability to book a class. Liability for physical injury or property damage during actual training sessions is governed separately by the physical Liability and Safety Waiver signed prior to class.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Colorado.
